Large, white-flowered sobralia found in the vicinity of El Valle de Anton, Panama. Other large whites in the area include: Sob. kerryae, kruskayae, macrophylla, mireyae, theobromina.

Locality: El Valle de Antón, alt. 800-1000 m
Collection Date: 2001-8-
Type remarks: Type flowered in cultivation.
